I get so mad about my ocd it is making me nuts, cleaning contamination issues it never ends... I wish i could stop obsessing about things.. it takes up so much of my day!

Darkside, I totally understand where you're coming from. Sending hugs your way! (If you'd like them, that is).

Are you seeing someone for your OCD? Therapy specifically for my OCD changed my life in big ways...especially ERP. I understand how frustrating OCD is...since it takes up so much of our lives. But try taking it one day at a time. Hang in there!

I just started seeing a new therapist for all my issues, but we really have not gotten into the ocd part, i just got new meds so i am kind of going through the whole gettn used to that god its so hard.

Ocd does ruin your life and the compulsivesness and the bad thoughts good luck

my hubby has ocd, i've seen him suffer and i feel you pain, you are going thru alot and hope that the meds and T will help. my hubby is on cymbalta and trileptal, those work best for him and keep him 'stable'.
