Would this be classified as anything? I saw their was nail biting, and skin-picking, but not nail picking. I do pick my skin too. Is this part of that?

I pick at my skin, hair and nails, but I don't bite them. The low self-esteem culprit certainly fits my personality.

I bite my nails and its hard trying to stop its kind of relaxes me.
