Hi there,

Seroquel has helped me for my OCD and panic attacks. It basically completely got rid of my panic attacks, actually, and I had been having them almost every day. The only issue was that it made me too tired, so I switched to the Seroquel XR (extended release) and it's working quite well. I'm now on 600mg of the Seroquel XR. Other side effects for me are occasional blurred vision, and increased appetite.

Best of luck to you in searching for the right med for you. Talking to your psychiatrist about your concerns can help as well.

Sometimes it takes time for the new dosage to have full effect, but if it doesn't seem to be working, ask your doctor about something else. I have ocd, panic disorder, and adhd, also, along with depression. My doctor is constantly having to adjust my meds because of health problems alon with everything else.
