Everytime I see the corner or edge of an object I feel like I have to blink at it rapidly, and everytime I pass my TV or computer I have to touch the corners on them twice. I also get this strange urge to touch people. Sometimes I want to break their fingers, which I find strange. Whenever I pass someone who's sick or ill in some way I have to hold my breath until they're gone, I always feel bad for it afterwards. I also have anxiety problems that just increase when I have these urges.

It is quite possible. I'd suggest obtaining a psychiatrist and requesting to be evaluated. I hope you find the answers you seek.

I agree with melissa. Get an official diagnosis, one way or the other.
