How exactly can you tell the difference between obsessive–compulsive personality disorder and obsessive–compulsive disorder? I'm trying to figure out which one I have...

At any rate (more importantly), since they seem to have some overlap, what's the difference in treatment? Because really, I guess I don't care which one it is if it's solved.
