my therapist and i have been discussing meds for a while now, and today i went to my doctor and was prescribed adderall. i've been suffering from obsessive thoughts and can't seem to get my brain to "turn off." i can't take an ssri however (which i know are generally prescribed for this), as it causes mania for me. so the adderall was the best we could think of.

i wanted to know if anyone else had tried adderall for the same reasons, and/or how it made you feel. any feedback would be great, thank you.
