Hello whoever's reading this, I have this huge problem. Every night, while I am brushing my teeth, I keep looking behind me and at my mirror to make sure nothing's there. Later, after using the loo, I have to stand on the other side of the bathroom with my back against the wall. Here's the thing: I need to move forward by 1m to flush the toilet. But every night, it takes me a few minutes just to talk myself into doing that. I'm always scared that there will be something behind me. Later, I have to move from my toilet to my bed which also takes a few minutes. Any advice??? Thanks

maybe place a mirror above the toilet so you can see what's behind you without turning your head?

Is there any way you can cover your mirrors? I had a huge phobia with bathrooms including mirrors, cabinets, and shower curtains. It's terrible.

I would but if the mirror is uncovered, I would be scared of what I would see. But if it's uncovered, I would be scared that there's something there that I can't see because the mirror is uncovered

Do you get any help for this? Sorry that I don't have any immediate advice.
