i cleaned the hall and now im freaking out im having a panic attack and i jsut want things back to the way it was and idk what to do but im crying and idk i just want things to go back i kinda want to self harm becouse i feel it is the only way to feel better :'( someone please help

well my mom let me put one basket in the hall so i feel a little better but not much :\
