Here lately I have constantly rubbed my eyebrow. I normally do this but only occasionally when I am anxious. Now I have done it so frequently that I have a scab on it and I am losing hair. This unfortunately makes me want to rub it more because of the scab. I am causing it to hurt and of course look bad. I have tried many techniques in the past to stop it, like putting a band aid on it, putting something like Vaseline on it to make me not want to touch it or getting a stone or rock to rub instead, but I eventually go back to doing it. I have done this for 6 years, is this one of those bad habits that will just stick around? Or is it something more?
