I get too many thoughts at one time... which causes massive anxiety. And then i don't know what to do first.. Racing thoughts.. but not really the manicky type... more anxious type. Only rarely hypomanic which scares me also..

Usually, things I have to do or get DONE during the day but they all bombard me at once! And the other thoughts are intrusive, worry thoughts. Like my thoughts go from one idea to another.. they jump.. from one ocd to thought to next. Or a single thought spirals out of control.. (its very GAD like also)
