I've dealt with OCD on and off throughout my life, sometimes it goes away for what seems like years.

Today I decided to dye my duvet cover, it was peach, and I used dark brown RIT. It didn't really come put brown...more of a pinkish brown. No biggie right? I mean it's just a cover. Yea, you'd think. The color bothers me SO much (because the rest of my room is green and dark brown) that I LITERALLY feel like I can not sleep in the room. Or like I need to run out, right now and get more dye (that I don't have the money for). It's completely ridiculous, and I know this...but it's almost making my stomach sick.

Anyone have any advice or tips on how to deal with the OCD "flare up"?
