I've been having my bad dreams/nightmares coming back. Everything seems fine in my life right now. So I don't understand what's going on. I am sleeping on a horrible bed right now, could that be it...or maybe my meds aren't working so well anymore? The dreams went completely away when I got on Zoloft.

Those both seem like reasonable reasons to have bad dreams. Have you talked to your doctor?

My nightmares are like sleep paralysis or night terrors where I cant move. It is so terryfying feeling like something is there that will harm me. I can only fight my sleep meds for so long before I drift off into a deep sleep and then it happens. O'm going to ask my doctor about zoloft. Maybe it might help me too.
