Hello,
I am BlueMonarch, and I have OCD. I am slowly learning how to cope with my intrusive thoughts, obsessive rituals, and thoughts. I am glad to find a community with OCD, because now I don't feel so alone and alienated.

Good good. Plenty of folk on PC with OCD manifesting in all sorts of ways. Mine is similar to yours.
