I don't think commonly it is but of course it can happen. OCD is often co-morbid with other disorders as well. What are you experiencing?

To put it simply yes. Depersonalization and derealization are caused from to much anxiety and stress. What's ocd, an aniexty disorder. I've been having small episodes of it lately. It's alright try and not think about it even though it's easier said than done of course.
It'll be okay ![]() |

The worst ocd intrusive thoughts are
repetitive thoughts that one has said or written something inappropriate, such as swearing at ones employer or writing hate-filled letters to a friend |

i disagree. I think the worst intrusive thoughts are my literal daymares where i witness absolute horrific things happening to my loved ones and innocent people. The ones where you literally can not see anything around you but what you are seeing in your head.
