How do I overcome my obsessions with infidelity? I read up on stories and I do a lot of checking up on infidelity. The infidelity is about wives committing infidelity. Sometimes I go into fiancees and girlfriends committing infidelity, but it is mainly about wives. I was wondering if there is another email where I can contact you? I feel alone and I had a rough night due to the obsessions. I sometimes get at my wits end. How do I break the OCD cycle? Should I avoid tv shows, movies, or not read books in which there are themes of infidelity or promiscuity? Sometimes I wonder if avoidance is a good or bad thing.

Hello, Lik3. I note this is an ongoing problem for you. Is professional help an option?

Thanks, but I am already in therapy and taking meds. However, I wonder if a change in medication would help. Last night was a rather rough night. I hope I never relive it again. I am also bipolar so that is also rough at times but I have learn to accept that I am bipolar. It is taking a while for me to accept that I have obsessive thoughts.
