I have a constant urge to pull the loose hairs that are dangling out, but gently. I never pull from the scalp. It's just the loose hairs that dangle on my arm (I have very long hair). And then I'll run a closed hand around a section of hair and gently pull down any loose hairs, feeling at the tips for any loose hairs. I also gently twist and twist a section of hair, then over to the other side so that it matches. Because I can't have one side twisted outward and the other side just straight hanging down if that makes sense. I do this especially during high anxiety times and people think I'm just playing with my hair. Do you think this is Trich? I also have OCD so maybe it's just OCD that things have to match and be clean?

I believe trich is actually pulling your hair out. I would say it is just a nervouse habit you use for self soothing, prob part of the ocd if it has to match.
