does anyone else have this?

my OCD involves obsessive 'mapping' of beats, rhythm and pitch onto sentences i hear people say and songs. it's intrusive and drives me completely up the wall. have had it since i was very young so not sure if it will ever fully 'go away'.

I have had OCD all of my life, and my obsessions and compulsions change sometimes but they never go away. My medications help suppress the intrusive thoughts and ego dystonic thinking, and compulsions. But so far it never has fully gone away. Best of luck hope this helps!
