If somebody who is a juniour colleague set out to undermine your position while you were suffering depression and it ultimately resulted in you becoming so unwell that you left your job, would you be obsessed in proving that the actions of that colleague caused your depression etc to become more intense ?

If yes, do you think that obsession is a natural part of seeking justice or is it a symptom of OCD ?

I think that it really depends on how obsessive you become. I think that in the long run, depsite the obsessive thoughts, its best to move on from the situation rather than seek justice/revenge.
