Can anybody help me with this?

I'm 14 and I have ocd (my last post explains more) (pure o specifically) and have been obsessing over personality disorders like aspd and npd specifically, and I also obsess over suppressing my empathy because I'm afraid of these disorders and all of them include a lack of empathy. This has been happening slowly for the past few months it's like somehow my brain has the power to go against my will and suppress my empathy (which I don't think I could do normally) and it almost feels like I don't have very much left, I can hardly feel anything anymore. So My question is: will I be able to get my empathy (along with the other emotions) back after suppressing so long? And this probably sounds dumb but, is there any chance of me developing a personality disorder by suppressing? Please if anybody knows how to help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi big_james. If you have OCD it could be that your worries are due to this. Have you a therapist? You could tell him that you are worried about those personality disorders, and eventually he'll give you some tests.
I think that you can 'have your empathy back'
