Every time I tell myself to stop, I did it again.
I don't know what to do. I hate myself for this.

And I don't want to go out anymore, showing my face. (skin picking)

May be it's because I have depression, and may be I am avoiding whatever....

Any solution to stop this ? or at least something to do to replace this vicious bad habit.

depends where you pick your skin. idk but i pick my skin on my arms so I tend to wear full-sleeve shirts. This way it hides it and also prevents me from picking on my skin especially so I dont get tempted in public places... at home sometimes i catch myself rolling up my sleeve and picking my skin though i never do that in public places.

or you can try to keep your hands busy. Try doing some typing tests or somthing, get a stressball and play with that or simply sit on your hands.

I hope this helps
