i started picking my scalp again. i was doing so well for a while, but now i've opened up all my old scabs and i don't know what triggered it. it's painful nd they bleed quite a bit, but i can't seem to stop. it just happens and by the time it's too late and i've noticed i'm picking, i NEED to completely remove that excess skin, even though it hurts.

I used to do this obsessively, what helped me is Paxil. It took awhile for it to help but one day I had suddenly realized I hadn't done it in several months.
