Is it possible and have you seen anyone overcome existential ocd? The fear of life, *death, *aging etc...

These thoughts have consumed me for years and now they cause me to have regular panic attacks and derealization. *How do you overcome a fear you can't really face? A fear that you get closer to everyday. I feel like I'm doomed. *I just need to know if it's possible. *I need hope.*

I think there is a way to face those fears without "Actually" facing them. On the otherhand you are already facing themevery day. Have you ever read "feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy"? Your mind is a beautiful thing even though it is tormenting you right now.

I know there is hope! I know it!

Hey Marty! I had thoughts about fear of death when I was young. Best advice is just let it be. Worrying about it isn't going to make you immortal it's just gonna rob time which yo could've been spending doing some fun!! As for the derealization, I feel you. I'm suffering from it as well definately not a thrill paired with panic attacks.
Thanks for this!
