All day I'm typically obsessing over something. My mind will lock on to specific things and tear them to shreds, reading every little detail and coming to ****ed up conclusions. I'm typically overanalysing my relationships, worrying, or running down a spiral of suicidal thoughts. I start out the day with a blank slate (usually..) and I end the day with a million problems flying through my brain. I know all this is irrational but I can't seem to control it at all. Little details send my subconscious into an emotional nosedive and once my mind turns on, it can easily take up the majority of the day.

I feel I should also add that I have abused psychedelics quite heavily over 3 years, and I've overdosed several times. I know that probably damaged my brain but I want to give it a label so I can get specific help in treating it.

The best way to figure out what is going on is to see a therapist. Their advice will most likely be better than any of ours. I hope you feel better soon.
