I've been doing a lot better but my new job is definitely bringing back some stuff - thoughts and compulsions and all around awkwardness. I haven't had a job in months.

I need to hold a job. Not working is not an option.

It's not even so bad yet but I feel like its getting worse with every new day.

Even just getting out the door is getting harder and harder, checklist and all.

I think I was better when I didn't work because I didn't have a schedule. Now that I have a schedule I have to adhere to, I have some rituals and steps to add to it and prepare for and check and recheck.

It's getting tough.

Hello coyote: I'm sorry you are having a difficult time. I'm old enough now that I no longer work. But I remember what a challenge it was for me. I hope you are able to find a way to hold on...

Are you seeing a professional about your issues? I would do that if I were you.
