I don't know where to start

1. When I exit the car, I walk around it 3 times and check the doors if they're locked. I enter the house and I most of the time forget if I checked the car, so I do it again until I'm satisfied.

2. I lock then unlock the doors in the house 3 times then lock it and leave.

3. My bag has 5 pouches,
- for my makeup
- phone cables, earphones & powerbank
- perfume, alcohol, hand sanitizer, baby wipes and a small bottle of lotion
- hairbrush and hair ties + hair bows
- phone, iPod, iPad and a spare phone
And I arrange them in the same order inside my bag. If one gets in the wrong order, I remove everything and fix them pouch by pouch.

4. When I wash my hands, I count until the number 40 before I rinse the soap off, continously rubbing it all over my hands of course. Then I wipe my hand with a clean handkerchief, use baby wipes, then hand sanitizer, then alcohol. It's crazy, I know. If I miss one or if it's not in order, I will have to repeat the proces until I'm satisfied.

5. My post-its must be pasted(?) 1/2 centimeters away from each other in my clearbook. Yes, i always carry a ruler with me.
6. I touch the doorknob 3 times before turning it to open the door.

This all sounds so familiar. It once took me 1hour to bath/shower due to rituals. (I was in the bath/shower 5minutes at most) The majority of the time was before & after doing rituals....
I now only have minimal ritualistic behaviours.
There is hope. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
