Hi
I've been struggling with anxiety ever since I decided to get off all meds. The annoying thing is, since a couple months ago it's turned into persistent sometimes intrusive thoughts or anxieties due to magical thinking.
I started progesterone cream and phytoestrogens cause I have terrible Pms, short periods, and I read hormones can affect anxiety.
Anyone had similar troubles
And had any luck with hormone creams?

Nat

I see nobody commented here. I wanted to say that I get OCD symptoms more at specific times of the month. I don't know if that helps, but mine is definitely hormone related. It's too bad that when I tried birth control, I felt weird and also had heart palpitations, so I stopped it. I may want to consider some sort of hormonal therapy as well.
