Mine are completely psychological except for the one where I constantly judge myself when I walk. That might have some physical component to it. It's probably subconscious though.

Oh and I always lock my truck door which is why I lock my keys in my truck a lot. Sometimes I'll get a drink, place it in a certain spot, go sit down, stare at the drink, get up, take a gulp, place it back in the same spot, go back and sit down and then repeat the process until I've drank it all. Sometimes I'll even add in an extra spot in the room to stand in between all of this.

How time consuming are they for you? I had a point where 20 hours a day was spent on rituals the other 4 was sleeping.

Well the psychological aspect of it is 24/7 and I hate it. I literally wake up and think of the same thing every single day. It's more of a Pure O type OCD. Especially about how I walk. As far as the pacing back in forth and drink thing. I do that occasionally.

I'll even capture myself on video about how I walk. I think I might have thoracic kyphosis which is a curvature of the spine possibly. Which doesn't help.

I should probably see a physical therapist about it but I don't have the money right now.

I've been doing the same thing since I was 14 years old. About the walking. It helps to finally know I'm not the only one. I think it stems fromy mother because she walks oddly and I developed fears of some type around that.

Mine didn't develop until I was in my early 20's.
