So I'll have these intrusive voices or thoughts. Don't really know how to tell the difference.
But they will say things I wouldn't say. Like if a chubby lady walks past, they will say fat. Or if I'm doing bible study, they will say God is stupid. Other times they will say random words that make me uncomfortable. Like bloody mary, suicide, etc. Then I feel like I have to say a certain phrase, 3 or more times. Otherwise I feel anxiety or like a bad person. The phrase is religious, Jesus,God,and the Holy Spirit. Could this be OCD? I know you can't diagnose me. But I just want to know from your experience, does it sound like it?

Yes, it could be OCD. It could also be a psychotic symptom, or the symptom of a mood disorder. My initial guess is OCD, but like you said, I can't diagnose you.

I lean towards psychotic symptom, if these thoughts or voices are uncontrollable, and heard inside you head as a voice. It could however be a mix between OCD and psychotic symptom. Talk to your doctor about this.
