I think I have OCD to some degree. But I KNOW that I have extreme guilt sensitivity.
And it has dominated my whole life. I envy people who can just move on with their
lives with, what seems like , no guilt or definitely no apologies for certain past behavior.
I have flogged myself my whole life for WHAT ? My OCD is being stuck in living the same
“ play it safe “ life in a circular fashion. Over and over and over again.

Thanks for sharing this. I think it's interesting. A book I've been meaning to read is ''guilt in childhood''..
