I really need help I've been dealing with hocd since I was 17 I've been stuck since then. I haven't lived in 13 years I've been agoraphobic and not able to work have no boyfriend which is all I ever wanted. I've been to therapist and meds never worked. I have a good therapist now but he's not able to help my hocd. I'm feeling depressed I spend all my time thinking of the before this happened years ago and cry. I want to live now and not worry about the past but I cannot without getting rid of hocd. I've read tons of things have tried many things to get rid of it but none worked. It has gotten better but it will not go away. I want rid of this please anyone that could help tell me what to do this has ruined me I'm done thinking about this

HOCD is, I believe, the same as any kind of OCD. So the same treatments that help reduce any OCD symptoms would, hopefully, reduce HOCD. It seems to me that a therapist who specifically treats OCD would be able to help you.
