The anxiety and degrading guilt and shame thoughts OCD brings on me has been making my school grades just awful. It's good to be motivated but it's so hard when I'm getting thoughts like "you're an awful person and a looser" and "everyone pretends to like you, they all hate you, because you're a failure and you know it". My mind also has me preforming compulsions like reassurance and confessing to relieve these thought patterns, and at this point, I'm not sure what to do anymore, I have a project due tomorrow worth a test grade and I haven't even started working on it. I completely forgot due to what goes through head on an hourly basis, and I just feel so awful and down now because of this. My grades used to be straight A's before a really bad episode of it came along a few months ago. What should I do? Thanks for reading.

Hi, to you too, and thanks for the reply. I currently am, and I feel like that helps, but I've been sort of going back to square one again, and I don't understand why. Therapy and medication has helped some though. Have a nice day.
