Hey. Hopefully I'm not sounding rude or triggering anyone by asking this but considered it would be more respectful to ask from people who suffer from OCD instead of living with making shallow assumptions.

How would you advise a commoner to tell the difference between a person with BPD or ASPD and OCD with violent or sexual obsessions? Or a sociopath hiding their true nature behind lies they have OCD? Obviously nobody wants to be in contact with abusive people but not all people with OCD are abusive in my awareness at least.
Basicly I don't prefer judging anyone based on their possible diagnoses or without knowing the other person genuinely but would like hearing what to look for to spot the key differences.
