so I am finding it hard to come to terms with the fact that on christmas day, I will be eating food at 12 PM, rather than 5 30

if you've read my thread in depression, you'll know that someone is goign to bring me in a christmas dinner (as I explained about being agoraphobic and stuff), but they close at 3, so have to bringg it in at 12

now I know the sensible thing is to probably just reheat it at 5 30, then eat it (to avoid all the anxiety I have about it), but I also know that's not the issue here.

the issue is that I am getting it delivered at 12 PM, and that's where the anxiety comes from

(plus I know if I eat at that time, my body will just explode)
