I have tried 7cups and Better help.

I liked Betterhelp the best.

Therapy takes time. I'm impatient. And I get tired of talking about the same things over and over. So.

Both therapist did the best they could with me lol. I'm just a stubborn male that I dunno. Hates spending money just to talk it out?

But honestly... If you are going to try one, go Betterhelp. After 3 months it gets cheaper too. They have all kinds of other resources and it didn't seem so... I dunno. I just liked it better.

The one I worked with on BH was starting CBT, but I had some financial issues and I needed to rebudget. When you sign up it's pretty in depth as far as what you are looking for, they match up well.

I joined talkspace, but never used it (still get emails from it though, and it helps)

I also joined 7 cups of tea, but as soon as I was matched to a male therapist (females work better for me when talking about things), I got scared and stopped using that too

though I do still use 7 cups if I need someone to listen to me

Yeah it's garbage. It's extremely not worth it unless it's a paid professional or the off-chance you get a person doing it for free that gives you good advice. Otherwise, avoid it.

So far, I know of no reason why OCD therapy online would not be safe. That is the answer I have.
