How do I make sure that next time, I won't give in to the urge of confessing things/looking up things? | OCD Action | The UK's Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Charity ...On one hand, I need to expose myself to my thoughts, but on the other, looking things up is a compulsion.

I have Ocd and my therapist is having me think about my thoughts only a little bit a day then the rest i meditate orground myself if the thoughts pop up.
