It's been a very long time, but yes I felt like that after sex with some men I should have never gotten together with in the first place. Some nice hot showers afterwards and never seeing them again generally cured that. I can barely remember any of them, thank goodness.

I had a brief relationship with a very nice younger man decades ago who had OCD regarding hygiene. He showered 2-3 times a day. After sex he would jump into shower immediately. He always apologized and said it was him, not me....I believed him and knew he was sincere. But after awhile it drove me away.

I cant stand for bodily fluids to get on the sheets or anything. Even my underwear. I have shower immediately after sex and get all the semen out of me.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "contaminated." I'm gay but was married for 27 years. My wife's "secretions" made me feel so yucky that after we had finished sex, I would jump up, run into the bathroom, and either wash myself under the faucet or using a wash cloth.

Well it really doesnt matter "secretions" it is. Male or female. I even have problems with my own.

We're different that way, then. Male secretions don't bother me.

Definitely. It's nice (odd word to use, I know) to know there are others out there with this. I feel contaminated by both solo and partnered sex (I'm a heterosexual male). Actually, solo is worse.

I'll easily spend 45 minutes showering afterwards Puts a huge damper on afterglow. Thankfully my wife doesn't judge on this. But it also means that I have sex or masturbate way less than I'd actually like to.

What really sucks is that my therapist was great in helping me design ERP experiments for my other contamination obsessions but she was super squeamish about sex and essentially told me I'd have to figure that part out myself. Shockingly enough that hasn't gone well.

I have this exact same feeling and I get extremely worried even when I see things on the street e.g. condoms/condom wrappers which happens quite a lot where I live
