My OCD is sometimes very crippling where I can't go outside and have obsessive thoughts so severe I am in complete dismay. But then sometimes 2 hours later, it's better, not gone by any means, but better. But, then maybe 4 hours after that it's crippling again. Is this normal with OCD? Shouldn't it stay the same all the time?

Ocd is based on triggers. For example I dont have any triggers right now being around children triggers my Ocd and since I am not around them anymore I dont have bad Ocd. So it may be when you are in the house you are away from triggers. Then Ocd comes flooding back when exposed to them.
