For anyone who suffers from trichotillomania, did you try N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and saw any results?
Medications don't work so I am going crazy here. It has gotten worse over the years. Thanks |

Yes, I stopped pulling after adding methylsulfonylmethane, inositol and Vitamin C to NAC. The combination did the trick.

Yo, I have had trichtilliomania for 5 years. I pull out my eyelashes and some hairs on my body. I dunno about you but when I get anxious I get this sensation to pull at my hair and it feels better :/ have you tried Prozac? (Fluoxetine)
It hasn’t really helped me much besides made me feel less anxious. Just try and think your hair won’t grow back LOLLLLL |

Sorry, I forgot to answer your other question: It took a few weeks. I do not remember any more.

Mine got better. Certain hair style changes and a few other thing will help it heal.
