I'm, Dan. I suffer from what sexually intrusive thoughts and obsessions following with mental compulsions. My themes change often times, and they go away for months and then boom they hit me again. My last event was really bad. I'm still recovering. I was physically, mentally, and emotionally abused as a child. My father committed suicide and my mother was never around as a kid. I spent most of my formative years in a boys home.

I'm 31, married, 1 son.

- love movies, music and the night sky, video games and cars.

I'm here to talk to people who are it have been in my shoes and help me to recovery.

I hate my obsessive cycles and the rumination and self loathing that follows. Avoidance is also a huge response to my issues. And most of the situations I cannot avoid.

Thanks for having me
