I've been suffering from "harm ocd" for years. I have a daughter that is about to be 2 in October. I had pretty bad post partum depression after she was born and my OCD and intrusive thoughts came back. Idk what to do but I want help. I'm scared if I go seek help and explain my thoughts that I could have my daughter taken away from me. The impulses are so bad and idk how to deal with them. I am and have been on medication for OCD for years.
Thanks for this!

Also check out youtube there is a Danish doctor some videos in English others in Danish that uses a tapping method on the bridge of your nose ( guess it gets your mind of of the OCD )
I will definitely try anything that might help. Thank you! Do you have children also?
