So, I used to struggle very bad with trillomania and now it's changed to me picking my skin and it's so bad like I have an infection on my finger from like some dermatitis that I picked. I also have holes in my skin from picking mosquito bites and I just feel so bummed out that I have these stupid compulsions that when you think about it can be life threatening. Like I could literally become septic like how does my brain thinks it's logical to pick my skin when anxious like I just don't understand it. I wish I did.

How are you with the compulsions? Have they lessened?

I pick at my nails and callouses, sometimes... I guess it's a stress-related preoccupation ...
