This is an interesting article. I had a very brief read of it, and can confirm in my personal experience, that guilt is a big part of my OCD. I type of OCD I have is Harm OCD, meaning I get intrusive thoughts and imagery of harming others. One of my previous compulsions was to punish myself for the thoughts, as well as confess out of "guilt" that I had these horrific thoughts. At the time, I did not know it was OCD.

Thank you so much for sharing, P. Much appreciated.

I, too, have experienced harm as well as sexual OCD intrusive thoughts.. It's scared me in the past, especially when I didn't know that it was OCD.

Thanks again for sharing... glad you found the article to be of value to you!

Best,

Gal
