I know there are various meds for it and all different kinds of treatments. I wish the meds would help more but they only help a little. And I'm on a good amount of meds because I have depression as well and mixed anxiety issues.

I would do box breathing, drink soothing teas and sometimes use a homeopathic remedy called Ignatia Amara. I would also stay away from stimulants such as caffeine, sugar and highly-processed foods, and not go too long without a well-balanced meal. So of what I experience as panic is probably low blood sugar or sleep apnea.
