I heard of clomipramine, an tricyclic antidepressant, but haven't tried it myself. I take 3 antidepressants, including Prozac and I find when my anxiety is high, by OCD is activated all the same. I also heard of off-label gabapentin for anxiety, but I cannot take it due to heart meds I take. Ask your doc about gabapentin, perhaps? Also, maybe consider checking out Claire Weekes' "Hope & Help for Your Nerves", as she talks about obsessive thinking as a part of it. I took the library audiobook out and wished I'd discovered her work years ago. |

Things most certainly can get better
 What meds are you currently taking? Some can make anxiety disorders worse. And a decrease in Klonopin will definitely do that too. __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |
