I wonder how much ocd is from trauma I went through a recent trauma someone made fake porn of me. Now all I can think of is what men think of me and I won't stop worrying if they value me it's like a record playing over and over again I don't know what to do. I woke up last morning with heart palpitations and unable to breathe I just won't stop obsessing about why someone would do this to me.

My face was used to make pornographic images and they sent it to one of my friends. I don't really understand the purpose I find it stupid. At least they picked it when I had a thinner face 😂😂😂
