Is meditation good for OCD? Things have lessened but there are those moments where I still have bothersome thoughts. I know reasoning won't work. I have been suffering from this problem for over two years now.

I would think that meditation would be good for ocd, pretty much everything that helps reduce anxiety is good for ocd.
