How does a person with OCD deal with triggers? The problem is anything can be a trigger to any obsessive thought I have.

Almost anything can trigger an obsessive thought or a compulsion in me, too, especially if I'm stressed or irritated. I find it hard to resist the thought or action. Medication has helped in the past, but it has to be the right medication and a strong enough dosage.
