I have these paranoid thoughts that someone is out to harm me or just to get me. Is this common with OCD? How do I get over paranoia?

Not sure how to get over it, I'm having the same problem - there are people trying to hurt me, I've seen them.

If you see a psychologist or psychiatrist, you really need to tell them, I told mine and they got me referred to another team, so you need to talk about it with them

Thanks. I wrote a long letter to my therapist in the hopes that I will get help for my problems. I have bipolar disorder and i wonder if it is too a symptom of bipolar. It is hell.

That should help - I wrote it down for my psychologist as well, I think that was probably the best way to do it.

I got referred to the early intervention team after that.
It could be part of your bipolar though - I don't know much about that - so it's just a guess.
