I have Ocd, I am 17 and I've had Ocd since about 7th grade. Lately I've started pulling out my hair. Not just the hair on my head. My leg hair, stomach hair, anywhere on the body if their is a hair that feels weird I pick at it until I get it out. With the hair on my head, some of them feel a wierd texture so I pull it out. Is this just part of my OCD or is something else wrong with me? Do I have Trichotillomania? I feel very anxious all the time and I just pick hair after hair in all different places. Espicially the bellybutton and behind the leg above my knee. Sry if that was too descriptive. I just know I need help :'(

I also pick at my face but thats not hair...?

Do you see a therapist or doctor for your OCD? I would definitely talk to someone about what you are doing, it could be trichotillomania but we can't diagnose you only a doctor can.
