One minute I focus on infidelity, the next moment I focus on being picked on, the next it is about scrupulosity. How does everyone deal with this? How do I deal with obsessive thoughts about something like being picked on based on reality? The thoughts are exaggerated, but it feels so real and it is so bad that I am afraid to move forward.

When I have bad thoughts, I read a magazine or listen to music. It helps me to focus on something else. It helps for a little while anyway
